The political landscape in Kenya is set for a major shift as the People’s Liberation Party (PLP) is officially unveiled on February 27, 2025. The party, formerly known as NARC Kenya, is undergoing a transformation to reflect its renewed commitment to democratic governance, social justice, and the empowerment and liberation of all Kenyans. Under the leadership of Martha Wangari Karua, a steadfast advocate for democracy and good governance, the People’s Liberation Party seeks to champion a progressive, people-centered agenda that prioritizes unity, transparency and accountability, and inclusivity in national development. Speaking ahead of the brand reveal event, Hon. Martha Karua emphasized the significance of this transition:
